Coca-Cola Enterprises: With nearly $19 billion in annual revenues, CCE is the largest nonalcoholic bottler in the world. 70,000 employees collaborate everyday to distribute 42 billion bottles and cans per year.

Catalyst Dynamics performed an audit of CCE's collaborative technologies and processes in order to recommend improvements and evolve CCE's collaboration strategy. By facilitating collaboration and communication between employees, CCE becomes better enabled to align employees with corporate strategy.

Miller Brewing: Based in Milwaukee, Miller Brewing is American's oldest major brewery. After their merger with South African Breweries, forming SABMiller plc, they produce volume of more than 130 million barrels, operate in 40 countries and market hundreds of brands.

Working with their marketing and information technology departments, Catalyst Dynamics facilitated the deployment of enterprise portals  for collaboration.  This enabled their executive teams to have better access to strategic and tactical information.

Washington Mutual:  Wamu envisions becoming the nation's leading retailer of financial services for consumers and small businesses. With assets of $346.29 billion and more than 2,600 consumer and small business banking stores throughout the nation, they are almost there.

With 50,000 employees, collaboration becomes essential. Wamu's information technology department needed to work collaboratively in order to manage their growth of projects and programs.  By deploying collaboration software, they were able to manage portfolios of projects, including requirements, issues, and time management.
